Coco Palms Mobile App
As part of Navient’s internal modernization efforts, I was part of the UX and UI design team for their enterprise cash management platform. The goal was to streamline complex financial workflows related to student loan servicing. Created high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, focusing on improving usability, consistency, and accessibility across the application. My design solutions enhanced navigation clarity, reduced task time for internal users, and aligned with WCAG 2.1 compliance standards. This work supported faster decision-making and fewer processing errors in a high-volume financial environment.
The Coco Palms Resort App is a concept design created for my portfolio to showcase a modern, tropical-inspired user experience for a fictional luxury resort located on Maui. The app features five core pages: Home, Dining, Beach & Pool, Accommodations, and Reservations, each designed to reflect the resort’s relaxed elegance and island charm. The interface blends clean, intuitive navigation with lush photography, subtle gradients, and ocean-inspired color palettes to evoke a sense of escape and tranquility. The Dining section highlights restaurant options with menus and chef spotlights, while Beach & Pool offers interactive guides to activities and amenities. Guests can explore room types and virtual tours under Accommodations, then seamlessly book their stay through the Reservations page. The overall design emphasizes visual storytelling, accessibility, and ease of use, creating a digital resort guide that feels immersive and welcoming.
