As a Lead UX/UI and Product Designer, I bring 25+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centered digital products across fintech, financial services, benefit management, and law enforcement sectors. My expertise lies in leading design teams, building scalable design systems, and crafting accessible interfaces that meet WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 standards. With a strategic, data-informed approach, I consistently align user needs with business goals to deliver high-impact solutions.

Leadership & Impact

I’ve successfully led multidisciplinary design teams in Agile environments, collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to drive innovation. At Credit One Bank, I led a team of four designers and architected a 2,700+ component design system for a CASH Management system redesign that streamlined workflows and improved team efficiency. My leadership ensures that project timelines, task assignments, and design quality are aligned with enterprise objectives.
